Project Overview

Menlo Circus Club, an exclusive family-oriented country club in California, is renowned for its rich tradition of equestrian events, sports, and elegant social gatherings.

Known for its high hospitality standards and classic club dining—featuring favorites like burgers and sandwiches—the club required a dependable solution to maintain full food service during a major five-month kitchen renovation.

Challenge

With its primary kitchen and refrigeration systems offline for renovation, the club needed a temporary facility capable of serving up to 500 meals per day while preserving menu quality, safety, and member satisfaction.

Solution

Mobile Culinaire provided two 53' California code–compliant kitchen trailers offering over 200 square feet of walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage space. Fully equipped with a burner range, fryers, and double-deck oven, the setup allowed Menlo Circus Club to operate seamlessly throughout the renovation, maintaining its complete menu and uninterrupted service for members.

Can I modify the equipment list?

Yes, it is possible to modify the equipment schedule based on available inventory.

What is the minimum lease term?

The minimum lease term is 1 month.

Who is responsible for utility connection?

Our mobile kitchen trailers are delivered with all electrical, plumbing, and gas connections pre-installed. It is the client’s responsibility to bring the power source, water source, and gas source (if applicable) to the unit and connect. It is also the client’s responsibility to provide a waste source with a grease trap if necessary. All utility costs during the lease are the responsibility of the client.

What permits are required to install a mobile kitchen trailer and who is responsible for permitting?

The permit requirements vary across states, counties, and localities. You should get in touch with your Local Health Department, Fire Marshal, and Building Department, inform them about your project so they can guide you on any particular requirements you need to fulfill. In most cases, it is required that you obtain a permit and expect an inspection once the kitchen trailer has been set up.
