Mobile kitchens require a flat, stable surface with access to power, water, gas, and waste connections. Parking lots, loading docks, and service areas all work well. Our team performs a site assessment during the discovery phase to identify the best placement.

How long does installation take?

Most installations are completed within a single day. Once utilities are connected, the kitchen is operational within hours.

What permits are required to install a mobile kitchen trailer and who is responsible for permitting?
