Our kitchens are NSF-certified and manufactured to meet or exceed commercial foodservice health codes. We provide full documentation to support your permitting process. Your existing HACCP plan applies directly to the mobile unit — no new plan required, just an addendum covering the temporary location.
Our installation process is coordinated to minimize movement through clinical or patient care areas. The mobile kitchen is positioned outside the facility with utility connections routed through designated service access points.
