How much lead time do I need to book a mobile kitchen for an event season?

We recommend contacting us 4–8 weeks before your target delivery date. For peak wedding season (May–October), earlier is better — availability fills up. During discovery, we'll confirm your event calendar and schedule delivery around your first booked event.

Can the mobile kitchen support outdoor events at a venue without existing utility infrastructure?

Yes, our units can run off-grid. They can connect to an electric generator, water tanks and propane tanks.
