We recommend contacting us 4–8 weeks before your target delivery date. For peak wedding season (May–October), earlier is better — availability fills up. During discovery, we'll confirm your event calendar and schedule delivery around your first booked event.
Our units require power, water, gas, and waste connections. For outdoor venues without existing infrastructure, we assess utility access during the site visit and coordinate with your team on connection solutions. Most outdoor venue challenges are solvable with the right planning.
Yes — our 2×53' configuration provides 900 SF of independent production space, and multiple units can be deployed for multi-event venues. We assess your peak-day scenario during discovery and size the solution accordingly.
